Loesch tastelessly smears Missouri State Rep. Stacey Newman (D) for her tweet about Benghazi

Today, Tea Party Pundit Dana Loesch has smeared Democratic State Rep. Stacey Newman yet again, this time for mentioning about Benghazi, a tragic event in which 4 Americans were killed on September 12th, 2012, that the righties like Loesch have decided to exploit for political gain in order to  attack 2016 Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and by extension, the Democratic Party.

Here's her tweet that got the right all hopping mad:

Her [Loesch's] own site smeared Newman in a derogatory manner:
I interviewed Charles Woods, father of US Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods, one of the four lives lost during the Benghazi terror attack. He’s a grieving father still searching for answers. Meanwhile, Democrats call the attack a “pseudo scandal” and crack jokes like this on Twitter. Keep it classy, Stacey Newman.
Hey Dana, the Democrats are right to call the conservatives' reaction to Benghazi a phony scandal.

She trotted in an attack on Wendy Davis, too.

NO, Speaker Jones should NOT censure Rep. Newman at all. If he did that, then it'll be a partisan witchhunt.

KC Star's Barb Shelly and Stacey Newman were NOT "mocking 4 dead Americans in Benghazi," but the right-wing's overreaction to Benghazi.

Democrats are NOT "trivializing" the deaths of 4 Americans at Benghazi in 2012.

The Riverfront Times on Newman's Benghazi comments:

St. Louis County's Democratic State Representative Stacey Newman made a joke about Benghazi. It hasn't gone over too well.
Newman went on Twitter Tuesday night and joked about an issue that has been a staple of Republican concerns since September 2012, when four Americans were killed in the U.S. embassy in Benghazi, Libya, in what has since been determined as an intelligence failure. Since the tragic event partisan politics have raged, with Republicans accusing the Obama administration of covering up the details of the event, and Democrats accusing Republicans and conservative media outlets of exploiting a tragic accident for political gain.

[...]
No doubt Newman was joking about what has been seen as an exaggerated reaction to the Benghazi incident by the conservative right. And comedians have been joking about this for quite a while, mostly by making fun of the apparent hypocrisy involving the right's current outrage over an alleged cover-up during the Obama administration that killed four Americans versus the right's lack of outrage over the cover-up during the George W. Bush administration that killed more than 4,000 Americans and nearly 200,000 Iraqis.

Unlike Loesch, Twitchy, and the right-wing media morons, Newman is telling the truth about Benghazi and how the right's exploiting it.

Dana Loesch provides cover for supporting deranged bigots Ted Nugent and James O'Keefe

Today, Tea Party hack Dana Loesch is attacking Wendy Davis and Battleground Texas for helping out registered voters via BGTX. Regular Dana Show guest and video manipulator James O'Keefe baselessly accused BGTX of breaking voter registration laws, and Loesch defending his viewpoint.

Texas Tribune:
Battleground Texas strongly disputes breaking any laws and said a flap over its registration efforts has Republicans running scared. At issue is a videotaped conversation with Battleground Texas volunteers in Bexar County. It was gathered surreptitiously by controversial conservative activist James O’Keefe, who has sent people posing as interested volunteers to infiltrate Democratic or liberal activist groups, after which he disseminates video that was secretly gathered.
In the video, an unedited version of which The Texas Tribune reviewed, a Battleground voter registration coordinator is quoted as saying the group takes phone numbers gathered as part of the registration process. She said the phone numbers would be used to call the voters close to election time to urge them to vote.
“Once we register people to vote tonight, we will all turn in our cards and our data person will enter, not all the information, but name, address and phone number,” the Battleground representative says. “We can then call everyone here and say, 'Hi, I registered you to vote.'”
O’Keefe’s group, Project Veritas, which has been known to manipulate videos to make them seem more damaging to the people in them, claims Battleground broke state election law by collecting the phone numbers.
[...]
Battleground Texas spokesman Ellis Brachman said the group "fully complies with the law." He also took note of O'Keefe's controversial past, which includes a guilty plea to entering a federal building under false pretenses.
“Let’s be clear: James O’Keefe is an admitted criminal with a long and well-documented record of misleading attacks who is trying to make sure that fewer Texans are able to vote. The real story here is that Battleground Texas volunteers are patriotically working to get more Texans involved in our democracy," Brachman said.  "O’Keefe and his Republican allies in Texas are scared of our success and are doing everything they can to interfere.”
A Democratic election law expert, Buck Wood of Austin, expressed doubt that any crime occurred. He said the plain language of the statute makes it clear that the volunteer registrars are not considered to be county officials. He said the law was intended to ensure the government isn’t disseminating private information and doesn’t address what volunteers who get a phone number from a would-be voter at a county fair booth, for example, can do with the information.
The facts are this: BGTX did NOT break laws or commit crimes whatsoever, in contrast to what video manipulating huckster O'Keefe falsely said otherwise.

Pants-Pooping Draft-Dodging Phony Patriot Ted Nugent and Loesch have been closely connected together with vicious pro-2nd Amendment extremism rhetoric.

Her tweets that make tired baseless attacks on Wendy Davis and BGTX, while protecting and defending James O'Keefe, Greg Abbott, and Ted Nugent:

Hey Mrs. Liaresch, Wendy Davis has REAL Texas values, and not Nugent, Abbott, or you.

Just shut the fuck up, you right-wing anti-abortion asshole!

True The Vote is a voter suppression outfit, while Battleground Texas helps people register to vote.

Dana, abortion is NOT "female genocide," you anti-choice twit. And conservatives generally have very low respect for women.

Dana Loesch continues to smear Texas Gov. candidate Wendy Davis (D), will guest host on ABC's The View

With conservative firebrand Dana Loesch guest-hosting ABC's The View next week, now is the time to remind readers that she has smeared Wendy Davis's bio in very ugly ways.

Her tweets insulting and downplaying Wendy Davis' life as a single mother:

Wendy has more credibility than you, Mrs. Dana!

On the 01.22.2014 edition of FNC's The Kelly File, Loesch (who is represented by Davis in the Texas Senate) continued to attack Davis and cheerlead for her opponent Greg Abbott. She then falsely declared Jeff Davis to be a "better single father than Wendy Davis was a single mother."

From the 01.22.2014 edition of FNC's The Kelly File:

Wendy's two daughters have defended her from right-wing sexist attacks.

Don’t you love how Republicans claim they’re all about the children until it’s inconvenient? They’re so valiant, standing for those poor persecuted imaginary ‘children’ lost forever to abortions.
But when the kids are actual flesh and blood, they don’t give a damn. If they did, they’d limit their attacks on Wendy Davis to her policies instead of going after her personally for her history and making specious claims that she abandoned her children to go to school.
