Conservative moron Dana Loesch defends Phil Robertson's "marry girls when they're at 15 or 16" comment as a "joke"

Dana Loesch defends Phil Robertson's atrociously offensive comment about marrying girls when they are in their teens, as expected, and pulled the false equivalence card to bash abortion also.

Phil Robertson may be "joking around" there; however, his words about marrying young are highly dangerous when taken seriously, with pedophilia and hebephilia involved.

You, like other right-wing whiners, are a bunch of crude unfunny assholes.

Americans Against The Tea Party on Phil Robertson's disgusting advice on marriage and teenage women:
In addition to homophobia and bigotry towards African Americans, it looks like we can now add something else to the list of Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson’s shortcomings.
Video has surfaced of Robertson giving a speech in 2009 at the Sportsmen’s Ministry in Georgia, where he suggests that men should target 15-16 year-old girls for marriage — because they’re basically over the hill at 20.
“Look, you wait ‘til they get to be twenty years-old and the only picking that’s going to take place is your pocket. You got to marry these girls when they’re about fifteen or sixteen and they’ll pick your ducks.”

Tim Nudd at People Magazine:
Phil Robertson has been reinstated by A&E after a brief suspension for making anti-gay remarks, but the Duck Dynasty patriarch is caught up in a new controversy thanks to a video in which he advises men to marry girls as young as 15.

The footage, which surfaced Monday on YouTube, is said to be from a 2009 Georgia Sportsmen's Ministry event. In it, Robertson offers what he calls "river rat counseling," and warns men not to marry girls who are out of their teens.
"Look, you wait 'til they get to be 20 years old, the only picking that's going to take place is your pocket," he says. "You got to marry these girls when they are about 15 or 16. They'll pick your ducks. You need to check with mom and dad about that, of course."

That last remark refers to the parental consent required in many states for a girl to marry before she is 18. (Some states forbid anyone underage to marry at all.)
Among Robertson's other dating advice: "Make sure that she can cook a meal" and "make sure she carries her Bible. That'll save you a lot of trouble down the road."
His advice on encouraging men to marry teenage girls is downright scary and disgusting.

With A&E reinstating Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson, Phony "Christian" Loesch bashes the LGBTQ community (again)

When A&E reinstated the racist and homophobic bigoted Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson from his suspension, Dana Loesch and the rest of the right-wing noise machine celebrated with glee.

On Twitter, Loesch celebrated the news with nasty attacks on the LGBTQ community while defending Phil's atrocious comments:

No, Dana, the claim that Phil Robertson is a racist is TRUE.

GLAAD's agenda is still relevant to this day.

Mrs. Texas-Sized Liar Loesch, isn't it folks like you that want to silence free speech for people that disagree with your agenda? Does the Dixie Chicks back in 2003 ring a bell to you?

Rabid homophobe Dana Loesch defends Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson's disgusting comments

Delusional homophobe and phony "Christian" Dana Loesch (who recently moved to the DFW Metroplex as part of her TheBlaze duties) is doing everything she can to defend Duck Dynasty star's viciously homophobic and racist comments.

Sara Morrison at TheWire.com:
So Phil Robertson, patriarch of the Duck Dynasty clan and self-proclaimed "Bible-thumper," said a whole bunch of homophobic things in GQ's new issue:
It seems like, to me, a vagina—as a man—would be more desirable than a man's anus. That's just me. I'm just thinking: There's more there! She's got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I'm saying? But hey, sin: It’s not logical, my man. It’s just not logical.
and:
Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men ... Don't be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers—they won't inherit the kingdom of God. Don't deceive yourself. It’s not right.
Then he went off to a "private Bible study" with a female cocaine addict who needed to be shown "the right direction."

[...]
Also deserving of our attention are Robertson's comments about the lives of black people in pre-Civil-Rights-era Louisiana, which are ignorant, bordering on racist. His outrageous comments on homosexuality largely overshadowed this. They shouldn't:
I never, with my eyes, saw the mistreatment of any black person. Not once. Where we lived was all farmers. The blacks worked for the farmers. I hoed cotton with them. I'm with the blacks, because we're white trash. We're going across the field.... They're singing and happy. I never heard one of them, one black person, say, ‘I tell you what: These doggone white people’—not a word!... Pre-entitlement, pre-welfare, you say: Were they happy? They were godly; they were happy; no one was singing the blues.
Yes, I'm so sure black people were "singing and happy" and never had to deal with any kind of "mistreatment" whatsoever. Maybe he never heard them complain about "these doggone white people" because they were afraid to? Why am I even bothering to question this nonsense?
Anyway, A&E has decided to put the star of its highest-rated show on "indefinite hiatus" from filming. Mind you, it hasn't placed the entire show on indefinite hiatus -- just [Phil] Robertson.
I am a fan of the show, and I think A&E's right to yank Phil off the show.

Phil Robertson will be off of Duck Dynasty for the forseeable future, but the rest of cast will go on for Season 5. Expect Willie and Alan Robertson to lead the end-of-episode prayers.

Idiot Loesch's excuse-making for Phil Robertson explained:

Alec Baldwin was fired by MSNBC for his hateful outburst.

Excuse me, Dana, but some leftists/progressives (including me) LIKE Duck Dynasty and the Robertson Family.

Homophobia IS hate speech, Dana!

Anti-union grinch Dana Loesch smears fast food strikers

Today in Dana Loesch stupidity: she callously mocks fast food protesters who are fighting for a fairer minimum wage and the right to unionize without intimidation from overzealous bosses. This isn't surprising, given her long history of attacks on workers' rights and unions.

Joe.My.God:
Some restaurant workers are striking today for a liveable wage and teabaggers are responding at the Twitter hashtag #EatFast where they are posting mocking photos of themselves gorging on fast food.
Catherine Ruetschlin and Amy Traub from Demos.org have the facts about why minimum wage increases will HELP fast food workers:
1. IT WOULD CREATE JOBS.Low wages are holding back economic growth, but a raise for our country’s lowest paid workers would put money in the pockets of those most likely to spend it, generating much-needed consumer demand and contributing to economic growth across industries. That translates to higher GDP and new hiring in the labor market.
2. IT WOULD REDUCE POVERTY.
More than ten million Americans—and the family members they support—live beneath the poverty line even though they have jobs. With a median wage of $8.85, a fast food cook in a family of three lives in poverty even if she never takes a day off. Raising wages in the fast food industry could improve living standards for millions of hard working people.
3. COMPANIES CAN AFFORD IT.
With annual profits in the billions, the largest fast food companies could raise wages for their entire workforce and shareholders would still see a return. In fact, many of these employers already do pay higher wages to workers in other countries without wrecking their bottom lines.
5. COMPANIES THAT INVEST IN THEIR WORKERS THRIVE.
Low-wage jobs are a business choice, but some employers take the high road offering fair wages, hours, and benefits. This investment in the workforce pays off in lower turnover and higher worker productivity, generating good service to customers and a solid bottom line.
8. IT WOULD PUSH UP WAGES FOR OTHER UNDERPAID WORKERS.
Increasing the standard for decent pay in fast food could be a boon to low-wage workers across industries. The ripple effects start with increased consumer demand and economic growth, and create pressure in the labor market to raise wages in other low-pay positions. Contrary to popular myth, the vast majority of those affected by a raise at the bottom are working adults, struggling to make ends meet for themselves and their families. Even in fast food, most workers are 21 or older and have at least a high school degree. Raising wages in fast food could impact living standards for millions of American workers and the families that depend on them.

Dana's baseless smears of fast-food workers who are striking:

This biased article from the New York Post's Twitter account was retweeted by Loesch.

From Dana's Instagram account:

Her regular fill-in host for The Dana Show and guest Tony Katz falsely accuses unions of "bullying fast food workers."

Fast food workers are planning a strike to force employers to pay them $15 per hour. This Thursday, in over 100 cities across the nation, Big Labor is coordinating with “grassroots” activists to pressure these employers to pay a “living wage.” From all the press, you’d think the push toward higher wages was something noble. But, this is Big Labor. And no one will bully, threaten or intimidate to steal your hard earned money more than Big Labor. The group Fast Food Forward, one of the organizations in sync with Big Labor to shame fast food restaurants into extinction, states their purpose:
In America, people who work hard should be able to afford basic necessities like groceries, rent, childcare and transportation.
While fast food corporations reap the benefits of record profits, workers are barely getting by — many are forced to be on public assistance despite having a job.
Raising pay for fast food workers will benefit workers and strengthen the overall economy.
It’s not the workers that Big Labor wants to benefit. It’s Big Labor that Big Labor wants to benefit.
[...]
There is no way to determine a living wage anywhere in America. It’s a lie, and so is the idea that groups like Fast Food Forward and Big Labor care about fast food employees. Listen up, fast food workers, because you’re being used! Not by McDonald’s or Wendy’s or Chick-Fil-A, but by Big Labor and the political candidates (ideology) they support. BIg Labor wants you to unionize because Big Labor wants you to pay union dues.
They want your money, and they don’t give a good holy damn about you!

More lies from Loesch acolyte Katz.

Dana Loesch falsely says #KYSen candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes's gun shooting photo was staged

Yet another edition of Dana Loesch attacking Democratic women.
And this time, it's directed at Kentucky Senate Candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes (D) (who is running to attempt to unseat Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R)) for offering her rival to a gun club for a challenge and being allegedly "anti-2nd Amendment."

Here were Loesch's insensitive tweets discussing Grimes holding a gun while shooting:

Loesch smeared Grimes for not having eye and ear protection while using a gun. I bet if it was a Republican doing the same thing that ALG did, then Loesch will give that person a pass instead.

Jed Lewison at Daily Kos has the real facts and slams McConnell shill Brad Dayspring:

Well, you know what? Maybe Mitch could take Grimes up on her invitation and offer a free lesson or two in gun safety, complete with his choice of earmuffs and goggles. Now that's a sight I'd pay to see.
Update: It gets even more ridiculous:Such a ridiculous unforced failure MT @DLoesch: Hi @AlisonForKY ! Eye and ear protection. This is how it's done. http://t.co/...— @BDayspring

Politico:
Firing a twitter shot at Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, senatorial candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes on Friday challenged the incumbent to join her on her shooting range while jabbing his service to the state.
[...]In addition to criticizing McConnell, the tweet was an attempt to clarify Grimes’ position on gun rights.
“As an NRA member, my strong support for the Second Amendment is unquestioned. I am proud of Kentucky’s long-held gun ownership, sporting and hunting traditions,” Grimes said in a statement. “It is unfortunate that Senator McConnell is desperate to mislead Kentucky voters about my strong support for the Second Amendment.”

That photo is NOT staged whatsoever, contrary to Loesch and Dayspring's self-serving bullshit spin.

Loesch smears Wendy Davis yet again... by defaming her as a "one-woman death panel."

Once again, rabid anti-reproductive choicer Dana Loesch is smearing Texas State Senator (and 2014 Democratic Party nominee for Governor) Wendy Davis for accurately stating that "pro-life" doesn't stop at the abortion issue, which pissed off the anti-choicers.

Tim Peacock at Peacock Panache:
Building on the article we posted late last week, Texas gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis spoke to an audience at the University of Texas at Brownsville yesterday and for all intents and purposes redefined what it means to be pro-life. According to Davis, she is pro-life - but not for the reasons you think.

“I am pro-life,” she said to the large crowd. “I care about the life of every child: every child that goes to bed hungry, every child that goes to bed without a proper education, every child that goes to bed without being able to be a part of the Texas dream, every woman and man who worry about their children’s future and their ability to provide for that future. I care about life and I have a record of fighting for people above all else.”

“This isn’t about protecting abortion,” Davis continued. “It’s about protecting women. It’s about trusting women to make good decisions for themselves and empowering them with the tools to do that.”

Dana's stupid, childish, and insipid analysis on Wendy Davis's remarks:
So Davis isn’t “pro-life.” She’s for a life that meets her standards. She’s a one woman death panel.
No, Mrs. Loesch, Davis  is NOT a "one-woman death panel" for being proudly pro-choice.

Regular Beck fill-in Dana Loesch officially joins TheBlazeTV

St. Louis' Queen of Hate Dana Loesch (who was a regular fill-in for Beck) has joined TheBlazeTV as a host and contributor to that station. She is expected to continue her duties as the host of KFTK's The Dana Show and be the top sub for Glenn Beck.

Conservative radio host Dana Loesch is joining Glenn Beck’s network TheBlaze as a host and contributor, POLITICO has learned.
Loesch, who also broadcasts a radio show based in St. Louis, Mo., will contribute across the network and TheBlaze.com. She’ll also continue to serve as a fill-in host for Beck on his radio program and TheBlaze TV show.

NOTE: In St. Louis, Glenn Beck's radio show, The Glenn Beck Radio Program, airs on KFTK at 9AM CDT, before The Dana Show at Noon CDT.

Here are some of her greatest TheBlazeTV-related hits, as she'll fit right in to Beck's loony tunes channel:
Yet another edition of Dana Loesch being insanely stupid... this time, it's her defense of murderer George Zimmerman, who was unfairly acquitted by the court in Florida on July 13th, 2013.

Per Dana The Devil's usage of "outrage queens," she's referring to Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, who both have done far more good for the nation than she ever would do in her lifetime.

Firstly on Beck's radio program (whose show airs before The Dana Show on KFTK), she criticized GOP Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney for NOT repeating the baseless conspiracy she and Bachmann, to name a few Islamophobes, falsely claim that "Huma Abedin and the Muslim Brotherhood are infiltrating our government."
[...]
Later in the day, on Glenn Beck's TV program, she falsely declared that "your religious freedoms are under attack, as of August 1st."

Looks like Teahadist Dana Loesch has casted her lot with Glenn Beck in order to get even more prominence nationally, maybe as a fill-in for Glenn Beck.
The Conservative-leaning blog Little Green Footballs called Beck and Loesch "nuts."
Sure enough, Loesch and Beck are allied.

Delusional moron Dana Loesch applauds GOP-caused Government Shutdown

As the nation's talking about the federal government being shut down (which the GOP/Tea Party extremists led by Ted Cruz and John Boehner caused BTW), KFTK radio host and conservative liar Dana Loesch celebrating the disastrous GOP-caused shutdown by falsely blaming the Democratic Party for allowing it to happen and even cheered the EPA being shut down.

As of Tuesday and continuing until further notice, the United States government has been shut down for the first time since 1995-1996.
Guess who's to blame for the shutdown? It's the GOP and the Tea Party 100 percent.
They are absolutely harming America by playing games with our economy and pandering to hard-right Tea Party members rather than find a solution to help the American people out, such as their insistence on defunding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare).
This political stunt by House Speaker John Boehner, Sen. Ted Cruz and their right-wing cronies may end up handing the keys to the House of Representatives over to the Democrats in the 2014 elections. This event also serves as a reminder to vote out all Republicans next year.

Read more here: http://www.bnd.com/2013/10/01/2829187/blame-republicans-100-percent.html#storylink=cpy

Her tweets that baselessly attack Democrats on the government shutdown:
Media Matters For America debunked the false right-wing spin that "Harry Reid's ignoring children who have cancer" was originated by the conservative-biased Washington Free Beacon and then spreads to the rest of the RWNJ apparatus.

Conservative media are selectively and deceptively quoting from an exchange between CNN's Dana Bash Senate and Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) to make it appear as if he dismissed the plight of cancer-stricken children being denied access to clinical trials due to the shutdown of the federal government. In fact, Reid said that legislators should fully fund the government, rather than force different groups to fight over funding.
Specifically, conservatives are claiming that Reid replied to a reporter's question, "If you can help one child with cancer, why wouldn't you?"  by saying "why would we want to do that?" In fact, Reid was responding to Sen. Chuck Schumer, who had interjected, saying "why pit one against the other?"
On October 1, the federal government was shut down after conservative Republicans refused to pass legislation funding operations unless that funding was tied to the defunding or delay of Obamacare.

The Democrats DID NOT shut down the government, you low-life fucking liar! The GOP voted for it

Tea Party members/supporters are NOT the majority of the country; however, they are a majority of the GOP's support base. Another lie from you, Mrs. Loesch.

Yes, it's the GOP's fault, you stupid turdbreath!

WRONG. The GOP did.

Tea Party kook Dana Loesch's book, Defenseless, comes out in 2014 with falsehoods and distortions

Guess which Conservative pundit just got a book deal? If you guessed the St. Louis-based radio talk show host Dana Loesch, you are right on the money.

Her first book, Defenseless, which will be published in September 2014, examines the issues of the 2nd Amendment and gun ownership rights from a slanted pro-NRA viewpoint with flagrant distortions.

Center Street on Loesch's book:

In Defenseless, Loesch examines the motivations of the political left to grab the guns of law-abiding citizens, leaving vulnerable millions of Americans, especially women. She digs deep into the history of the Second Amendment, looking closely at the advantage a no-guns policy would give to murderers, rapists, and other criminals. She urges readers to fight back against what she sees as a hypocritical and unwarranted federal intrusion by policymakers who themselves rely on guns for their protection. The always provocative Loesch – who was once banned from CNN's Piers Morgan for her support of self-defense -- will present new reporting and offer surprising insights about gun control, while also offering a plan for reclaiming our rights and the security necessary for our peace of mind.
The book will publish in September 2014 and will be released simultaneously in hardcover and eBook formats.
