On TheBlazeTV's Dana, Dana Loesch features an unfunny transphobic skit mocking trans people

On tonight's edition of TheBlazeTV's Dana, the recently ejected from KFTK (which was her original flagship station of The Dana Show) Dana Loesch once again insults the trans community with a skit defaming them. This isn't a real surprise given Loesch's long record of transphobic vitriol (and the LGBTQ community at large).

Media Matters For America:
The Blaze’s Dana Loesch mocked transgender people and hyped the bathroom predator myth on her show with a skit of a man walking into the women’s restroom saying “I'm Matilda, I’m identifying as a lady today, I hear you guys have champagne and cookies in here.”

During the April 20 edition of her show on The Blaze TV, Loesch criticized celebrities boycotting North Carolina after the passage of the so called “bathroom bill,” aimed at discriminating against the LGBT community. Later that evening, Loesch tweeted the video claiming “It's obvious why everyone wants to use the #womensbathroom.” The tweet linked to the video from Loesch showing a man with a beard walking into a women’s restroom claiming “I’m identifying as a lady today.”

Dana Loesch victim blames female student assaulted by former cop Ben Fields

Police brutality apologist Dana Loesch defends former SRO officer Ben Fields' brutal takedown of a black female student at Spring Valley High School in Columbia, Carolina.

The video of the incident:

I hate to break it to you, Mrs. Loser-esch, but the cop started the whole incident, and not the student.

Transphobic bigot Dana Loesch again insults the trans community by misgendering Caitlyn Jenner

You may have heard of Caitlyn Jenner (designated male at birth as Bruce Jenner) in the news the past couple of days, as she transitioned into a female, with a new set of pronouns preferred and a new name revealed in the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair.

Dana Loesch, however, used the occasion to make insulting remarks about Jenner and her transition into a woman, complete with misgendering Caitlyn and transphobic bigotry.

Loesch's transphobic rant on Caitlyn Jenner:
I'm not welcoming Bruce Jenner into the sisterhood. We frown upon appropriating culture, so, too, do I frown upon appropriating sexuality (more on this later). It's not that I care what someone does on their own time -- and if that's what this was, people minding their own business and living their lives, it wouldn't be an issue -- but it's no longer on someone's own time. People used to say "what goes on behind closed doors ..." but things are no longer behind closed doors and it's not simply that the doors are open, either; it's that some are forcefully ushering everyone else into the room and told to legitimize with their approval the lifestyle choices of the individual in question. I and other females are told that we are no different from someone who buys a tube of Mac lipstick and the best plastic surgery in town. We are told that our sex, our gender, is a nothing more than a new product at retail. You can identify, but I will not.

I didn't care what Jenner did at first. I didn't care when the cover made headlines, when he invited cameras into his home to show off his personal life. I started to care when, upon casually referencing it on air, I received a few emails chastising me for using the wrong pronoun. I'm expected to refine my speech? A day later I saw a trailer for Bruce Jenner’s new reality show, “I Am Cait,” documenting his transition to identifying as a woman. While applying makeup he says he “never understood until now” the pressure women are under where it concerns our looks. It struck me as a somewhat ironic statement.

 [...]
This isn’t the new normal. It’s a mental illness. I absolutely am not "politically incorrect," or "hateful" because I take exception to society insisting that a man is every bit as much of a woman as I am because he believes himself to be such. Is this the so-called "equality" over which feminists salivated? This numbing homogeny?
[...]

This is no longer a choice that doesn't affect anyone. It's a societal demand that we ignore the born biology of human beings.
Dana, being transgender is NOT a "mental illness."

On her radio show yesterday, she made a very hateful anti-transgender rant regarding Jenner.

From the 06.03.2015 edition of KFTK/Radio America's The Dana Show:

Kira Davis at Every Joe also misgenders Caitlyn:

What I will not do is welcome you into the “sisterhood” as a fellow woman. You simply are not. The way my white friends will never understand what it’s like to be black, the way a mother can never really understand what it’s like to be a father, you will never really be able to understand what it’s like to be a woman.
You are not a woman. You will never be a woman. That title is something that is earned. It is not a persona or a skin you can slip into one day when the moment is right. It is not something you think you are and then later mutilate your body to match. What goes into becoming a woman cannot be surgically inserted (or removed for that matter). It cannot be gained in therapy or a lifetime of feeling different or found in the hem of a particularly stunning dress. I think even the most hardcore of feminists would agree it is far more than biological, certainly much deeper than psychological.

Progressives Today (a sister outfit of Jim Hoft's The Gateway Pundit) on Jenner and Cultural Appropriation:

Cultural appropriation IS a real thing, idiot.

Eliel Cruz at Religion News Service on respecting the trans community by using their proper name and preferred set of pronouns:
Caitlyn Jenner revealed herself yesterday on the cover of Vanity Fair and the Internet was aflutter over the glamorous reveal.
But not everyone was thrilled for the bombshell photos. Christians made their opinions known about the trans community and on Caitlyn — a lot of them misgendering her and using her dead name (a term used by the trans community to refer to their old name).
[...]
Many use dead names to show they don’t agree with someone else’s trans identity.
[...]
But really, the conversations in the church must go beyond the moment when a trans celebrity is on the cover of a magazine. We need to be engaging the trans community in their health, homelessness, and poverty disparities. We need to be engaging the trans Christians in our pews.
We need to be discussing the trans community when we discuss on how to make our church more than just a building in which we worship, but on how to be a sanctuary.
That begins by calling her Caitlyn.
Eliel nails it.

At #CPAC2015, Loesch heinously says "gays could be stoned in the streets" if anti-LGBTQ bigotry isn't allowed

At the same CPAC conference in which she mentioned that "it was time to make [Conservative] Christians a 'protected class'", notorious anti-LGBTQ homophobia bigot Dana Loesch heinously suggested that non-discrimination laws "will lead to gays getting stoned in the streets."" WRONG AGAIN, Mrs. Loesch! It's phony "Christian" assholes like you, Tony Perkins, Matt Barber, Bryan Fischer, and their ilk that want to harm the LGBTQ community.

Tim Peacock at Peacock Panache:
"You don't have to be a Christian to be affected by loss of religious liberty, because if one liberty is taken, more liberties will be taken," Loesch said. After complimenting her rabid, fervently far-right fan base she continued, "If I'm not speaking up you're losing rights then what will happen to me when the day comes, if someone comes to me? What if you're stoned for walking out in the street for being gay? I mean, come on, that's where the conversation needs to go."
Loesch's stance against LGBT public accommodation protections is nothing new; she's been railing against these specific civil rights protections for years.
[...]
To sum things up: Loesch thinks everyone should have the ability to deny service based on sincerely held religious beliefs because lack of religious liberty could lead to gays being stoned. But she also wants to simultaneously specifically protect Christians from the very sort of discrimination she rallied for.
Kyle Mantyla at PFAW's Right Wing Watch:
On Saturday morning, right-wing radio host and self-described "total partisan hack" Dana Loesch participated in a CPAC panel on religious liberty, along with the Family Research Council's Tony Perkins and Rep. Randy Neugebauer. During the discussion, Loesch said that if America doesn’t protect the supposed "right" of Christians to discriminate against gays in public accommodations, it will eventually lead to gays being stoned to death in the streets.
Thank God that Right Wing Watch has finally put Loesch into their monitoring rotation (something that should've been done years ago), considering that she was (and still is) Beck's lead substitute for his afternoon show and now has her own daily show after him. Her employer Glenn Beck and regular TheBlazeTV guest (and occasional fill-in host) David Barton are regularly monitored by RWW.

In the wake of SCOTUS's heinous Burwell v. Hobby Lobby decision, the Loesch duo defend Hobby Lobby

In the wake of SCOTUS' heinous anti-women ruling on Burwell v. Hobby Lobby, TheBlazeTV's Dana Loesch is defending Hobby Lobby's hypocritical decision NOT to provide birth control (which they once used to provide).

During the past couple of days, she and her husband Chris were celebrating the idiotic pro-Hobby Lobby SCOTUS ruling:

First, the ringleader, Dana:

Who's taking facts now? Not you, Dana!

"Women's rights remain unchanged?" What a big fucking whopper that lie is. Women's reproductive rights are under attack because of the pro-HL ruling.

Her husband Chris piled on the anti-women/pro-Hobby Lobby cheerleading:

@TruthNWisdom is a truth-telling hero, unlike scum like you and your wife and their ilk.

He's repeating the baseless lie that "Planned Parenthood kills minority babies."

WRONG, Chris, this SCOTUS ruling INVITES the corporation into a women's bedroom.

The idiots that make up a huge constituency belong to the GOP/Tea Party, NOT Liberals/Progressives and Democrats.

There's religious zealots in the world, and that's folks like you, Mr. Chris.

On Monday's edition of The Glenn Beck Program, while subbing for Lonesome Rhodes Beck, Loesch deliberately lied about the negative impact on women due to the Burwell v. Hobby Lobby ruling in order to mock the boycotters of Hobby Lobby.

From the 06.30.2014 edition of TheBlazeTV's The Glenn Beck Program:

On last night's Hannity, Loesch debated with former National Organization For Women head Patricia Ireland on the ruling.

Ellen at Newshounds.us on the segment:
Last night, it was the Hannity show’s turn, via a “debate” about “some of the most outrageous rhetoric” from the left” – which just happened to solely include comments from NOW president Terry O’Neill.
Hannity chose for his debate the ever hate-filled and hate mongering Dana Loesch. Loesch seems to particularly despise feminists. On The Kelly File in April, she sneered that she didn’t know the goal of another feminist conference other than “to raise up the next generation of women into old cat ladies.” She added, “It was like watching Mean Girls with less attractive women. …You don’t have to “get” progressives. They “get” themselves.” She's a charmer, alright.
Not surprisingly, Loesch brought her special brand of hostility to this segment. She started off with a condescending response to the other guest, former NOW president Patricia Ireland. “So the idea that women are somehow being denied anything – Look, my rights have not changed after this ruling, Sean, and women who work for Hobby Lobby, they still have access to birth control, as provided by Hobby Lobby,” Loesch said.

Of course, DL had to act like a smart-ass on national television and Ireland was correct.
