On The Kelly File, Phony "Christian" Dana Loesch falsely smears Jessica Ehrlich as an "anti-Christian Bigot"

On tonight's edition of The Kelly File hosted by substitute host Martha MacCallum on Fixed Noise, phony "Christian" conservative hack Dana Loesch insulted the show's other guest Jessica Ehrlich by calling her an "anti-Christian bigot" for opposing the homophobia and other far-right screeds that David and Jason Benham espouse.

Loesch defended the fired by HGTV Benham Brothers' bigoted homophobic comments by stating "I don't find Christian views to be political."

Ehrlich correctly called out Loesch's BS bunk arguments by saying that "they cloaked their political views as Biblical."

Further in the interview, Loesch baselessly claimed that "being pro-choice and pro-homosexuality doesn't make you a Christian."

To debunk Dana's faulty logic on that statement, yes, you can be pro-choice and pro-LGBT rights and still be a Christian in good standing.

From the 05.16.2014 edition of FNC's The Kelly File:

Transcript, via Progressives Today:
Jessica Ehrlich: Here you have two attention-seeking, reality series wannabes, who are political activists, who have an extreme agenda. And who are trying to cloak this sort of religious freedom characterization…
Dana Loesch: I just don’t understand the anti-Christian bigotry. The world’s big enough for us all, don’t you think?
Ehrlich: There is no anti-Christian bigotry here. They cloaked their political views…
Loesch: I don’t find Christian views to be political.
Ehrlich: These are not Christian views.
Loesch: It’s not Christian views to talk about Biblical principles?… What about the Bible do you find extreme?
Ehrlich: They are anti-abortion and anti-homosexuality.
Loesch: Using your logic, Jessica, then how does that not make you anti-Christian?… Jessica, you learn more when you keep your mouth shut.
Ehrlich: You don’t need to get rude about this.
Loesch: If we’re going to have a discussion on rudeness, let’s start with your name-calling and your smearing of these brothers just because you are an anti-Christian bigot.
Her own site makes excuses for defending the Benhams:
The story of the David and Jason Benham moved me perhaps because it is the most recent in a string of stories this year where people of faith or of different opinion are attacked; also maybe because they seem like sincere people of faith. The SunTrust story broke while I was on air, inspiring this rant. Tonight I appeared on the “Kelly File” with excellent guest host Martha MacCallum to debate the issue a bit with a democratic strategist named Jessica Ehrlich. My intention was to have a civil discourse, where perhaps we disagree, but civil nonetheless, but find common ground on this being America and there is room for all, faith-based or not. I quickly found that this was not to be the case. Ms. Ehrlich was set upon castigating these brothers for their faith. It wasn’t enough for Ms. Ehrlich that neither David nor Jason have ever expressed anything either in voice or otherwise that would classify, it was “hatred” so long as the brothers didn’t endorse in what they themselves simply disagree. It wasn’t enough for Ms. Ehrlich that the Benham brothers remained committed, on their own time and their own dime, to the six families whose homes they were flipping for their now-cancelled HGTV program — they had failed to endorse a lifestyle outside of their Biblical belief set. Ms. Ehrlich called them hateful “anti-homosexuals,” “extremists,” among other things, to which I asked her if her simple disagreement with David and Jason Benham’s lifestyle then would classify her as an “anti-Christian bigot.” It’s the same logic. She didn’t like the measure she uses to be used against herself.
I have friends and members of my own family who are gay, I have friends and family members who believe whole-heartedly that abortion is fantastic, and magically, we still all get along. I am not hurt if they do not share my beliefs no more than they are hurt that I do not share theirs. I care about these people, which is why I would never go out of my way to hurt them, especially over what we believe. It’s why it floors me that people like Ms. Ehrlich, who I’m sure prides herself on “equality” and compassion, would go out of her way to malign the characters of two men whose only crime seems to be that they are Christians. Perhaps she was not raised in a diverse environment and didn’t learn to coexist with people who think differently than she, but it’s about time she learned.
Dana, it's about time you learn to quit being a rude bully to people who disagree with your line of thought.

Typical Loesch being a fake "Christian" right-wing asshole. Mrs. Ehrlich's the REAL Christian in this discussion, NOT you or the Benhams.

On today's edition of The Dana Show, Loesch was outraged by SunTrust's decision to temporarily suspend their accounts (which later got reinstated) by whining about "#progressiveprivilege." She also smeared Hillary Clinton, Shannon Watts, Elizabeth Warren, birth control, Common Core, Michael Sam, and liberals/progressives in general in that rant.

Dana Loesch defends fringe terrorist Cliven Bundy

Tea Party activist Dana Loesch has been defending far-right domestic terrorist Cliven Bundy by smearing Senator Harry Reid (D-NV).

Loesch's fact-free smear of Reid:
The tortoise wasn’t of concern when Harry Reid worked BLM to literally change the boundaries of the tortoise’s habitat to accommodate the development of his top donor, Harvey Whittemore. Whittemore was convicted of illegal campaign contributions to Senator ReidReid’s former senior adviser is now the head of BLM. Reid is accused of using the new BLM chief as a puppet to control Nevada land (already over 84% of which is owned by the federal government) and pay back special interests. BLM has proven that they’ve a situational concern for the desert tortoise as they’ve had no problem waiving their rules concerning wind or solar power development. Clearly these developments have vastly affected a tortoise habitat more than a century-old, quasi-homesteading grazing area. If only Clive Bundy were a big Reid donor.

Her twitter posts on #BundyRanch:

The real facts about Bundy, which Loesch neglects to tell, are written by the SPLC.

SPLC's Hatewatch:
The core of the dispute is Cliven Bundy’s ongoing claim to the right to graze his cattle on a sensitive piece of southern Nevada’s Mojave Desert known as Gold Butte. Bundy’s family had grazed cattle in the area for generations, but in 1993 Cliven Bundy stopped paying his fees on the land, claiming that the United States government was not the legitimate landlord.
In 2013, a federal judge enjoined him from continuing to graze his cattle on the federal lands, an order he has studiously ignored. So this week, federal authorities moved into the area and began sweeping up Bundy’s trespassing cattle.
Bundy threatened a “range war” if Bureau of Land Management agents took custody of his stock, calling them “cattle thieves.” But, initially at least, the threats appeared to fizzle as the roundup of Bundy’s cattle proceeded apace, accompanied by a heavy law enforcement presence at the scene, while Bundy sputtered helplessly on the sideline. On Sunday, another adult son, 37-year-old David Bundy, was arrested after getting into a confrontation with the federal officers; afterwards, Bundy and his compatriots described for reporters their alleged ordeal the hands of federal officers.
BLM officials, meanwhile, defend the crackdown on Bundy’s activities by noting that he is the only rancher in the region who refuses to acknowledge or heed the federal permit system for grazing rights. “Cattle have been in trespass on public lands in southern Nevada for more than two decades. This is unfair to the thousands of other ranchers who graze livestock in compliance with federal laws and regulations throughout the West,” the BLM website noted.

Yesterday on The Dana Show, Loesch and Bundy used their segment to push more conspiracy theories, including the claim that "they're throwing little old ladies on the ground and siccing dogs on them."

From the 04.10.2014 edition of KFTK/Radio America's The Dana Show:

On The Kelly FileLoesch used the story to gin up anti-immigrant racist paranoia. The other guest, Lis Wiehl (who is nowhere near a liberal at all), correctly defends the BLM's actions against Bundy.

LatinoRebels:
Ok, we understand that Loesch has an opinion about Bundy, but what does this have to do with immigration and people being here “illegally?” In fact, why did Loesch feel she had to bring up such stale (and racist, yeah, racist) ignorant images of those “illegals.” You really wonder why people like Loesch don’t get it and never will? It’s becoming so par for the course, even us calling her out will now be seen as 1) “leftist” 2) “anti-American” 3) “criminal” 4) “amnesty-loving” or 5) “sexist.” Or wait, we forgot: 6) “Marxist” and 7) “Reconquista-loving.” Just you watch. The “go back to Mexico” tweets from her followers will hit us soon.

Loesch on FNC's The Kelly File: "The Gender Pay Gap is a 'myth'"

Last night on Fixed Noise's The Kelly File, Dana Loesch went on and falsely said that the gender pay gap is a "myth." Unfortunately for serial liars Kelly and Loesch, the gender pay gap is real and does exist.

Thankfully, solid progressive Eboni Williams slapped down Loesch and Kelly's inane arguments.

The Raw Story's David Ferguson:
Loesch complained that Democrats see people as Democrats first and don’t “celebrate women.”
“If you’re a progressive, ‘Democrat’ comes before your sex,” she fumed. “If you’re a Democrat or you’re a progressive, that is honored above your sex.”
Loesch said that now-ex-Mayor Bob Filner (D) of San Diego, CA is an example of how progressives treat women, in spite of the fact that he was driven from office in disgrace when his assaults on women became public knowledge.
Guest Eboni Williams asserted that dividing women into “liberal” and “conservative” camps is superficial and divisive and does not address the concerns that all women share.
“I think we all want equal pay for equal work for women,” said Williams. “We all want these policy goals that are much more the same than they are different.”
“Yeah, the equal pay for equal myth [sic],” said Loesch. “Can we talk about things that are in reality and not something based upon a bunk study?”
No, Dana, Bob Filner's sexual assaults on women are NOT accurate examples of how progressives/liberals treat women.

BENGHAZI! On FNC's The Kelly File, Dana Loesch makes baseless attacks against Hillary Clinton

The lying huckster Dana Loesch is back at it again... this time it's the peddling of right-wing misinformation about Benghazi to attack Hillary Clinton on The Kelly File.

MMFA:
During a Fox News segment discussing the release of the Clinton presidency documents, conservative talk radio host Dana Loesch accused Hillary Clinton of strategically using her concussion to avoid testifying on Benghazi while instead vacationing in the Dominican Republic. But the State Department confirmed that neither of the Clintons traveled to the Dominican Republic in December 2012.
[...]
Discussing the Clinton papers on Fox News' The Kelly File, guest host Shannon Bream implied that Hillary Clinton herself strategically cultivated rumors about her own health for her benefit. Loesch seized the opportunity to push the Benghazi hoax, accusing Clinton of taking a vacation to the Dominican Republic while using her concussion to avoid testifying before Congress about the Benghazi attack.

From the 02.28.2014 edition of FNC's The Kelly File:

Transcript:
LOESCH: I campaigned for the Clintons when I was in college and I used to be a registered Democrat and I saw some of how the machine worked. And there are few women in politics that are as slick as Hillary Clinton. I may disagree with her on everything, but on this, she is very strategic. And so I keep going back as when they were getting ready to have the hearings on Benghazi, she had a concussion, but then she wasn't able to testify. And then a couple of days later she flew to the Dominican Republic and attended an event for Oscar de La Renta. So, could be strategic minor changes to get some empathy, we'll see.

Dana Loesch continues to smear Texas Gov. candidate Wendy Davis (D), will guest host on ABC's The View

With conservative firebrand Dana Loesch guest-hosting ABC's The View next week, now is the time to remind readers that she has smeared Wendy Davis's bio in very ugly ways.

Her tweets insulting and downplaying Wendy Davis' life as a single mother:

Wendy has more credibility than you, Mrs. Dana!

On the 01.22.2014 edition of FNC's The Kelly File, Loesch (who is represented by Davis in the Texas Senate) continued to attack Davis and cheerlead for her opponent Greg Abbott. She then falsely declared Jeff Davis to be a "better single father than Wendy Davis was a single mother."

From the 01.22.2014 edition of FNC's The Kelly File:

Wendy's two daughters have defended her from right-wing sexist attacks.

Don’t you love how Republicans claim they’re all about the children until it’s inconvenient? They’re so valiant, standing for those poor persecuted imaginary ‘children’ lost forever to abortions.
But when the kids are actual flesh and blood, they don’t give a damn. If they did, they’d limit their attacks on Wendy Davis to her policies instead of going after her personally for her history and making specious claims that she abandoned her children to go to school.
